If you choose not to provide the requested information you may not be able to use certain features or functions of the Platform or services. Whenever you visit our website, Whole Family Living also receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, Whole Family Living’s cookie information, and the pages you request, and relates it to the Personal Information you provide.

General Information
2. Termination: Whole Family Living reserves the right to decide, at its sole discretion, to no longer offer you the Platform. If Whole Family Living decides to terminate your account, Whole Family Living will either return or permanently destroy any copies it maintains of your Personal Information in accordance with its obligations under applicable law.
3. Children: We do not knowingly collect or maintain personally identifiable information from persons under 13 years old, unless provided with the consent of a parent, or legal guardian. Governing Law: By using the Platform, or otherwise providing information to Whole Family Living, you agree that any dispute over privacy or the terms contained in this Privacy Policy will be governed by the law of the State of Florida, without reference to the choice of law or conflicts of law principles thereof, and will be subject to the dispute resolution clause contained in the terms of use applicable to the Platform. You also agree to abide by any limitation on damages contained in the end user license agreement applicable to the Platform, or any other agreement that we have with you.
