While the holiday season can be exciting, it can also cause a lot of stress and overwhelm. The list of activities from shopping, traveling and parties to entertaining, cooking, and baking is endless. And rather than end the year on a happy and healthy note, by this time we are just feeling drained and ready to move on to the next chapter.
